Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Islamic Wealth product management.
• Proven track record in product development, process improvement, and project delivery with strong understanding of Islamic contracts.
• Sound understanding of regulatory and Shariah governance requirements for Islamic financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategies to deepen engagement with the Bumi Premier segment in Islamic wealth.
• Identify gaps and propose new offerings or enhancements to capture untapped opportunities.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Product and Distribution to deliver solutions for Premier and Affluent segments.
• Monitor performance and refine approaches to optimise outcomes across NNM and NNIA.
