Job summary

Shopee Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an IPR, Listing & Content - Operations professional to protect brand IP on the SG Marketplace. You will review submissions, verify ownership, and enforce platform policies on rights holders.

You will work with Policy, Business Development and other Operations teams to resolve complex infringement cases, ensuring timely resolutions and supporting enforcement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and quality standards.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate Brand IP Portal submissions and supporting documents.
• Identify and take action against listings/shops infringing IP rights.
• Investigate brand impersonation cases and enforce appropriate actions.
• Assess IP registration applications for compliance before status updates.
• Review seller appeals and LOAs to determine reinstatement eligibility.
• Ensure timely case resolution within SLA while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Policy, Business Development and other Operations teams.
