DF AUTOMATION & ROBOTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Technician in Johor Bahru to support mechanical and electrical assembly of automation systems. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on manufacturing excellence, with training provided to develop required skills.

You will work with engineers and technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality assembly and contribute to robotics project implementation in a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, machine assembly or related technical environment is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
• Comfort using basic hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of automation systems, machines and equipment according to drawings and SOPs.
• Assemble and install machine components, modules and cables safely.
• Prepare materials and tools; keep work area organized.
• Conduct basic inspection and functional checks of assemblies for quality and operation.
• Record progress and inspection results accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and report issues promptly.
