Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions in Kulai, Johor is seeking an Assembly Production Technician. Entry-Level candidates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

The role involves setting up new machines/lines, data collection, and maintaining the vision system to ensure effective detection. Responsibilities include supporting engineering in evaluation and troubleshooting, maintaining tools and fixtures, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): AutoCad, CNC
• Preferably Non-Executive in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• New machine/line set up and data collection for new machine/line qualification.
• Maintain vision system performance to ensure detection system is effective.
• Participate in workshop for improvement in Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Assist engineer for evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure tools, jigs and fixtures are maintained in good condition.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and legal requirements at all times.
• Troubleshoot assembly machine/tooling and perform related repair/adjustment.
• Read and understand technical drawings and perform daily measurements.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.
