Job summary

Tech Solutions and Development Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya is seeking an IP Core Network Engineer to support our core network infrastructure. The role requires hands-on IP/MPLS, switching and routing expertise with 1–3 years of experience, and a proactive approach to incident handling and problem solving.

You will work with leading vendors such as Cisco, Huawei and Juniper, manage L2/L3 incidents, monitor QoS, perform RCA, and contribute to documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, Switching & Routing with 1–3 years experience MUST.
• Hands-on experience in L2/L3 network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Routing, MPLS & QoS.
• Experience in Incident Management & RCA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support & troubleshoot IP/MPLS, edge networks.
• Handle L2/L3 network incidents and RCA.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, QoS & capacity.
• Support network upgrades, migrations & maintenance.
• Maintain network documentation and SOPs.
