Job summary

IOTI – Internet Of Things Industry in Johor Bahru is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our enterprise cloud platform in manufacturing environments.

Based on-site in Johor Bahru, you will plan activities, coordinate with internal teams and customers, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget, while supporting continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality checks.
• Logistics management to handle material flows and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or IoT/cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of the enterprise cloud platform in manufacturing environments.
• Plan and schedule project activities, coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, address risks and issues, and ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
• Manage logistics and expediting tasks, monitor inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare status reports and ensure clear communication across all participants.
• Support continuous improvement and provide feedback to product and operations teams.
