Job summary

Vcorp Capital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Associate – Investor Relations to strengthen communication with the investment community and support capital markets strategy.

You will liaise with investors, prepare earnings releases, presentations, Q&A briefs, and annual reports, and assist in ESG disclosures and regulatory compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investor relations or customer relationship management within finance/capital markets/fund management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate finance fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage investor queries and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with ESG reporting and public company disclosure is an advantage.
