TRIDENT CAPITAL SDN BHD is seeking an Investor Relations Executive/Senior Executive to support investor engagement, fundraising, and corporate communications across private equity and other initiatives. About the role
An Investor Relations Executive/Senior Executive role supporting the firm's investor engagement, fundraising and corporate communications activities across private equity, private debt and other investment initiatives. This role will work closely with senior management and teams across Finance, Business Development, and Projects.
Key responsibilities
Support day-to-day communications and engagement with investors, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate investor-facing materials, including presentations, financial updates, investor reports, press releases, Bursa announcements, and management briefing materials.
Assist with quarterly and annual reporting processes, ensuring information presented to the market is accurate, clear, and consistent.
Track share price movements, market developments, peer performance and relevant investor sentiment, and summaries key observations for management.
Coordinate investor meetings, analyst briefings, roadshows, conferences and other investor-related events.
Maintain and update the Investor Relations section of the company's website and ensure published information remains current.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather financial, operational, and project information and translate it into clear investor communications.
Support fundraising activities, including the preparation of marketing materials, data requests, investor updates, and responses to bespoke investor enquiries.
Ensure investor communications and disclosures are prepared in accordance with applicable regulatory, governance and disclosure requirements.
Handle confidential financial, corporate and investor information with a high level of discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
Up to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant internship experience will also be considered.
Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail
Good verbal and written communications skills
Advance knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of tasks with limited supervision.
Professional judgement and a high standard of confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate, investor and fund information.
