• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Fund Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyst briefings, results briefings, non-deal roadshows and investor meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with equity research analysts, institutional investors, fund managers, shareholders and rating agencies.
• Manage investor and analyst enquiries professionally in line with disclosure and governance requirements.
• Coordinate investor conferences, site visits and one-on-one meetings.
• Develop investor presentations, fact sheets, Q&A documents and other investor communication materials.
• Monitor analyst reports, market commentary and track shareholding trends.
