Job summary

Fairhaven Property Group is seeking an entry-level Investor Relations Associate in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the Investor Relations Manager, build relationships with investors, and manage communications and reports.

The role is hybrid with occasional office meetings and a need to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong people skills, and familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Entry-level; sales or finance experience a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Adaptable; eager to learn and take on challenges.
• Hybrid role with occasional office meetings.
• Strong people skills and ability to connect with investors.

Responsibilities

• Support Investor Relations Manager in investor activities and inquiries.
• Develop relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Manage investor communications, newsletters, reports, and updates.
• Assist in organizing investor events and meetings.
• Conduct cold outreach to new investors.
• Engage target investor segments and build connections.
• Assist with reporting and CRM data entry (HubSpot preferred).
• Provide administrative support and coordinate documentation.
