Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investment funds and AUM growth.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and market strategy.
• Ability to collaborate with Investment Advisors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop investment product propositions and end-to-end product development to grow fee income and AUM.
• Lead product ideation, sourcing, pricing, provider approvals and marketing strategies for multiple client segments.
• Manage investment P&L, monitor costs to target ratios, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
