Xianfeng International (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehousing and distribution operations in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

The role is full-time and focuses on inventory control, receiving and dispatch, staff coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures. The successful candidate will help improve efficiency and maintain accurate records in a busy warehouse environment, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant warehouse/logistics/inventory management experience.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily warehouse operations.
• Support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure timely task completion.
• Assist in allocating manpower and monitoring staff performance and attendance.
• Ensure proper receiving and inspection of incoming materials.
• Monitor outgoing goods and dispatch according to schedule.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain warehouse records and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics to ensure material flow.
• Assist in improving warehouse processes and storage systems.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Oversee warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
