Job summary

Lavender Confectionery & Bakery in Masai, Johor is seeking a Warehouse Assistant-Storekeeper to handle loading, unloading, receiving, issuing, labeling, sorting, packing and repacking tasks to keep materials flowing smoothly.

You will maintain stock levels, perform regular counts, update records, assist with Goods Received Notes and inquiries, keep the warehouse clean, and support production readiness. Fresh graduates welcome; 6-day work week applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, receiving, issuing, labeling, sorting, packing and repacking.
• Maintain stock checks to ensure raw materials are ready for production.
• Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and update records.
• Inspect finished goods receiving, issuing and loading conditions.
• Assist with admin duties such as preparing Goods Received Notes, updating inventory databases, and responding to inquiries.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including floors and aisles.
