Job summary

BLAIR MARKETING SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a Storekeeper to manage warehouse inflows and outflows, verify tool returns, and maintain accurate stock records. You will also handle vehicle records and assist with stock availability across departments.

The role requires at least an SPM or higher, with prior store/warehouse experience preferred. Immediate start and willingness to OT are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be detail oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Experience in store/warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience handling in/out records of machinery, tools, and parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor in/out records for machinery, tools and spare parts.
• Track the return of tools and verify quantities and condition.
• Receive and record remaining balance materials returned from project sites.
• Check condition of returned items and update stock records accordingly.
• Responsible for vehicle's in/out record and daily routine checking.
• Report low stock to the purchasing department.
• Work with purchasing and other departments regarding stock availability.
