Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is hiring a Warehouse Slotting Executive to plan and optimise where every item is stored in our Kuala Lumpur warehouse and retail outlets. You will assign bin locations, slot products by size and sales velocity, and keep locations accurate in the ERP system.

The role requires a Diploma or SPM with at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience, familiarity with inventory systems, and good Excel skills. Field work and attention to stock accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM with at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Familiar with inventory systems; good Excel skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and accountable for stock accuracy.
• Able to handle physical work.

Responsibilities

• Assign and maintain storage locations (bin / rack / shelf) for all incoming stock.
• Plan slotting by product size, value and sales movement to speed up picking.
• Carry out put-away and re-slotting, and keep location labels accurate.
• Update item locations in the ERP system and resolve location discrepancies.
• Support stock counts, serial number checks and warehouse space planning.
