Job summary

Heineken Malaysia Berhad seeks a Customer Service Executive – Inventory to manage distributor inventory and replenishment, ensuring stock availability and uninterrupted supply. You will collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Logistics, and distributors to optimise performance and service quality.

Role requires 2–5 years in inventory or supply chain functions, strong data analysis, and proficiency with SAP, Excel and Power BI. On-site in Malaysia with growth opportunities within a leading brewer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• 2–5 years in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, Demand Planning, Logistics, or related roles.
• Experience with inventory planning, replenishment, stock allocation, and optimization in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor distributor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy.
• Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and priorities.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and distributors.
• Analyse inventory trends and risks; implement corrective actions.
• Manage stock allocation and balancing during constraints while maintaining service levels.
• Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory management and replenishment efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, internal controls, and audits.
