Jaya Grocer is seeking a Stock Receiving Clerk to be based at the nearest outlet to your home in Kuala Lumpur. You will receive quantity stock against purchase orders and supplier invoices, check contents, and sign goods received notes.

The role requires a Diploma, Bahasa Malaysia and English, plus basic communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• Proficient in basic communication and interpersonal relations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Receive quantity stock according to purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Check and receive stock according to purchase orders, supplier invoices and IBT.
• Inspect contents to ensure undamaged items and valid expiry dates.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products following receiving SOP.
• Ensure compliance with health department, weights and measures, and sticker regulations.
• Enter data accurately into the system and sign goods receipt notes.
• Maintain receiving processes per company SOP.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the storage area and equipment.
• Perform other duties in general operations and ad-hoc tasks.
