Job summary

AKT Components in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Clerk to receive and process incoming goods, verify orders, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will inspect items for defects, organize storage areas, support monthly stock counts, and coordinate shipments with brokers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Primarily from manufacturing industry.
• Preferred 2-3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, assertive and meticulous with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming goods such as stock and raw materials.
• Verify supplier's Delivery Order such as items and quantity, visually checking, video shooting to ensure items receive in good conditions during receiving.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records of all goods and products stored in the store/ warehouse.
• Inspect and examine goods for defects, damage or missing parts from internal production/ warehouse.
• Organising, assure and well labelling for all the components/ parts of raw material at store/ warehouse.
• Assure that the storage area (Material warehouse, FG store and packaging store) are clean and maintain safety environment.
• Ensure Monthly Stock Take tally within physical and system for all the material and Parts.
• Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, documenting inventory, and resolving customer service issues
• Acts as a contact for brokers and carriers. Assists with scheduling pick up appointments for carriers
• Assist department Logistics manager with supply management, procurement and order tracking
• Handling all related with LMW (License Manufacturing Warehouse) activities
• Check, Collect and arrangement for Bar End/ Scrap (Raw Material) from Production Area.
• In-Charge and ensure the waste/ scrap well pack and labelling. Store inside the proper place as per DOE requirement.
• Monitoring the physical waste inventory with Production Incharge and arrange waste collector to collectthewaste.
• Access e-SWISS system and handle the waste transaction as waste generator.
• GPB Document preparation for application forwastedisposal.
• Other Ad-hoc duties
