Job summary

You will develop VBA-driven automation and leverage Power BI to strengthen controls, partnering with global finance, manufacturing, and operations teams to support standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost-forecast analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data science, information systems, or computer science with experience in inventory accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy, timely issue resolution, and disciplined month-end close execution.
• Develop VBA and analytics-driven automation for FE unit inventory to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.
• Analyze and explain monthly changes in standard cost forecasts, inventory drivers, and manufacturing variances.
• Support inventory accounting activities including period-end close, reconciliations, reserves, and forecast-to-actual analysis.
