Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Admin or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) is a plus.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; internships/university projects are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; data analytics/BI tools are beneficial.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle SAP) through studies or internships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review/interpret analysis and inventory variance reports for Keysight businesses and investigate to provide business solutions.
• Conduct monthly close activities for cost accounting processes.
• Manage/monitor cost accounting helpdesk for inventory-related operations; participate in ad-hoc projects and issue resolution.
• Support corporate and global initiatives concerning inventory and inventory-related automation or ERP upgrades.
• Participate in internal, external, and SOX process audits and walk-throughs/reviews.
• Update inventory-related process documents in Knowledge Portal and department portal for consistency and US GAAP/SOX compliance.
