Job summary
Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented store administrator to support daily stock operations, cycle counts, and JDE transaction updates in our Malaysian facility. You will assist with issuing/receiving goods, bin transfers with receiving, and stock reporting while maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor degree, with 2+ years in store functions in manufacturing preferred, and strong Excel,
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required.
- 2+ years store function experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Fresh graduates/entry-level with interest in career development encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store operations including cycle counts, stock checks, and cycle counts at month end or bi-annual stock takes.
- Support issuance and receiving of JDE transactions and ensure accurate updating.
- Assist on PH-location bin transfer with receiving section and stock accuracy checks.
- Support IM requisitions for store section and spare parts/warranty labelling and updating.
- Monitor daily GRN transactions and trigger shortages; assist stock take arrangements and generate reports.
