Job summary

Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd is offering an internship to support the Project Team in coordinating new outlet renovation and upgrading projects, while gaining hands-on experience in project documentation, drawings, submissions, and coordination.

You will assist in coordinating with architects, consultants, and runners, maintain project drawings, and support permit submissions and follow-ups. Start Oct/Nov 2026 with a structured internship allowance and fixed hours.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and runners on project-related matters.
• Prepare, organise, and maintain project drawings and documents.
• Assist with BOMBA drawing submissions and follow-ups.
• Assist with Local Council / PBT renovation permit applications and related documentation.
• Follow up on submissions, approvals, permits, and outstanding requirements.
• Update project trackers and maintain records of documents and approvals.
• Follow up on authority comments, revisions, and resubmissions.
• Support the Project Manager on daily coordination and admin tasks.
• Assist with project site visits when required.
• Perform other project-related and ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

To assist the Project Team in coordinating new outlet renovation and upgrading projects while gaining hands-on experience in project documentation, drawings, submissions, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating with architects, consultants, and runners on project-related matters.

Assist with preparing, organising, and maintaining project drawings and documents.

Support the team in BOMBA drawing preparation, submissions, and follow-ups.

Assist with Local Council / PBT renovation permit applications and related documentation.

Follow up on project submissions, approvals, permits, and outstanding requirements.

Update project trackers and maintain proper records of project documents and approvals.

Assist in following up on authority comments, revisions, and resubmissions.

Provide support to the Project Manager on daily project coordination and administrative tasks.

Assist with project site visits when required.

Perform other project-related and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Internship allowance: RM500.00 per month (Diploma students), RM800.00 (Degree students)

Schedule:

Fixed Working Hours

Monday to Friday - (8.30am - 5.30pm)
