Job summary

Swift Group Of Companies in Klang is offering an Internship – Process Improvement & Integration at our Taman Intan site. You will work with experienced professionals on projects that improve operations, streamline workflows, and support digital transformation.

The role is ideal for undergraduates or diploma students; you will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to Lean, Kaizen, and process mapping, with practical projects across departments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Diploma student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Visio a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Learn how business processes work across departments.
• Map, review, and improve workflows and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
• Gather and analyse data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, reports, and presentation materials.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support system implementation, testing, and process integration activities.
• Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve the way we work.
• Take on ad hoc projects and assignments that support business improvement.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Power BI, Visio, or other process mapping tools is a bonus—but not required.
