is seeking interns to support merchandising teams with documentation, supplier liaison for promotions and timely stock deliveries, and coordination with Marketing for promotional activities. The role includes assisting in store setups and major fairs/events, plus handling ad hoc tasks as directed. Based in Malaysia (Platinum Cheras area), this internship offers exposure to retail operations, publishing, distribution, and expanding e-learning initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent.
• English language students welcome (placed under English Merchandising Department).
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist merchandisers with documentation and administrative tasks.
• Assist liaising with suppliers on promotions and stock delivery.
• Assist Marketing Department for promotional activities.
• Assist in setting up new stores and major fairs/events.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Assist merchandisers in relevant documentation and administrative tasks.

Assist merchandisers in liaising with suppliers on promotional activities and prompt delivery of stocks.

Assist merchandisers in communicating with Marketing Department for promotional activities.

Assist in the setting up of new stores and major fairs/ events.

Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors/managers.

Requirements

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies , Marketing, Logistic & Supply Chain or equivalent. English Language students are welcomed (will be placed under English Merchandising Department).

Computer literate especially in MS Excel & MS Word.

Preferred final year students with 4 - 6 months internship period with the Company.

To be based at Platinum Cheras.
