DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites motivated students to join our Internship program for the 2027 intake across Network Engineering, Network Operation, Cloud and IT Operations, and AI. The hybrid placement offers hands-on exposure under supervision to real enterprise technology environments, aligning with your degree in computer-related fields.

Eligibility requires Malaysian citizenship and current enrollment; duration is six months, with intake in 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic hardware knowledge.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to coordinate diverse tasks.
• Basic Linux or scripting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Network Engineering, Network Operation, Cloud and IT Operations.
• Support with configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades and documentation under supervision.

Under the DXC's Internship program, you will be equipped with the necessary skillset and knowledge to better prepare you in securing your ideal job, especially in the digital space.

Network Engineering – To gain hands‑on experience in enterprise network infrastructure management, including configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and documentation under professional guidance. The role offers exposure to network design, protocols, security, and practical use of networking tools, with preferred skills including Cisco concepts and basic Linux or scripting knowledge.

Network Operation – Knowledge of the following technologies such as Cisco devices,HPN devices (H3C / Procurve / 3com/Aruba ) ,F5 Load Balancer,Cloud Networking

Cloud and IT Operation – Resolving common day-to-day challenges in Enterprise Cloud and ITO Infrastructure (Active Directory, Servers, Storage, Backup, Database, Middleware, Networks etc) services. The Intern would need to be eager to explore new things including elements of AI in helping us improve our services delivery.

AI – We are looking for an enthusiastic AI / IT Intern to gain hands‑on experience in artificial intelligence and IT technologies. The intern will support technical projects, explore AI and automation solutions, assist with data analysis and troubleshooting, and collaborate with IT teams on ongoing initiatives.

Requirement:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in desktop operating systems, various software applications and basic hardware for the PC; principles and theories of network systems and Internet technology.
• Good oral and written communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship.
• Ability to coordinate several diverse job requirements and projects.
• Ability to identify, research problems and resolve user issues.

Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University

Intake: 2027

Duration: 6 months
