DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites enthusiastic students to join its Network Engineering team as interns. This hands-on role offers experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments.

You will work with experienced engineers on network design, troubleshooting, monitoring and infrastructure projects, including exposure to F5 Load Balancer. Must be currently enrolled in a computer-related degree or diploma.

• A Level 1 Technician handles workflow and escalations for tickets and problems.
• Engage vendor and field services as needed.
• Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents on contact.

About the Role

We are inviting enthusiastic students to join our Network Engineering team as Interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments.

As a Network Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to network design, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the primary duties include:

• A Level 1 Technician is responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems.
• Engage the vendor & field services as needed
• Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact

Eligibility :

Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University
