Job summary

DXC Technology invites enthusiastic students to join our Network Engineering team as Interns in Malaysia. This hands-on role lets you gain real‑world experience managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments.

You will work with experienced engineers on network design, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to Cisco, HPN, F5, and cloud networking concepts in a corporate setting with a focus on learning

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program).
• Intake: 2026/2027 and Malaysian citizen; six-month internship.
• Familiar with enterprise network concepts and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Event verification and initial triage of incidents.
• Open incident records and track progress.
• Answer phone calls and document inquiries.
• Create and troubleshoot incident tickets.
• Engage vendors and field services as needed.
• Create RCAs (root cause analyses).
• Execute RMA processes.
• Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents on contact.

About the Role

We are inviting enthusiastic students to join our Network Engineering team as Interns. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments. As a Network Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to network design, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure projects.

Eligibility : Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University Intake:2026 / 2027 Duration: 6 months Eligibility: Malaysian citizen
