Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is offering an Internship in Marketing Analytics in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on liaising with marketing functions to translate vision into technology implementations and to deliver business goals.

You will support management of self-owned digital platforms, perform reporting and analytics, and help enhance dashboards across digital channels. A strong candidate is currently pursuing related degrees and has interest in telco/e-commerce environments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, eCommerce, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in telco/e-commerce is advantageous.
• Able to multi-task, meticulous and have good interpersonal skill.
• Able to work independently and ask questions as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Self-owned Digital Platforms (Web/E-commerce) including content edits and logistics.
• Coordinate deployment on digital platforms and liaise with relevant departments for updates.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports; monitor data and identify gaps.

Role

The role requires the ability to liaison with multiple marketing function of a business and then translate that marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver on business goals.

The Day-To-Day Activities

1. Management of Self-owned Digital Platforms (Web/E-commerce)
   • Conduct content edits cut across all digital channels.
   • Manage e-commerce logistic arrangement.
   • Conduct User Accepting Testing when there is any deployment on our digital platforms.
   • Liaise with relevant departments to edit new devices or plans revision for all digital platform in a timely manner.
2. Reporting & Analytics
   • To work on daily, weekly and monthly report to verify and ensure numbers are tracked periodically and highlight if there is any missing data.
   • study of competitors digital channel to provide samples/recommendation on enhancement required.
   • working on requirement that could potentially enhance reporting dashboards cut across all digital channels.

About You

1. Education/ What people Know:
   • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, eCommerce, IT, or a related field.
2. Experience/ What people Have Done:
   • Working experience in telco/e-commerce businesses would have an advantage.
3. Competencies/ What people Can Do:
   • Able to multi-task, meticulous and have good interpersonal skill.
   • Good at handling time-sensitive projects independently and working within tight timeline given.
4. Personal Attributes/ Who people Are:
   • Able to work independently and ask question as and when is required.
