Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO invites an internship candidate to join our lab team for 9 months to 1 year in Malaysia. You will perform testing, data analysis, and prepare reports while ensuring instruments stay in good condition and Lean Lab standards are met.

You will prepare chemicals, assist in coordinating control and monitoring of tools, and may contribute to small projects and training materials. Strong communication and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Education in chemistry, biology, or clinical lab fields is required.
• Internship readiness with proactive attitude and self-starting behavior.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, data analysis and prepare testing reports.
• Operate and ensure instruments are in good condition.
• Ensure lab meets Lean Lab requirements.
• Prepare chemicals and reagents required for testing.
• Assist in coordinating roles for chemicals/instruments control and monitoring.
• Contribute to mini projects and co-publish notes and training materials.
• Assist in customer seminars and trainings.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• May be appointed to perform coordinating role such as chemicals/instruments control and monitoring
• May be appointed to handle mini projects that will be defined later

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, Physical, Biological or Clinical Laboratory and Laboratory training/experience
• With or without experience in a laboratory environment
• Self-starter with a proactive approach
