Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst intern for its Enterprise IT team. You will work on global IT projects, gaining hands-on experience in translating business needs into ERP and cloud-based solutions, collaborating with developers and IT architects to deliver value.

You will contribute to a diverse product stack, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ByDesign, with a focus on learning and practical development in an international enterprise.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's studies in IT or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business counterparts and Global IT, advising on incidents and translating requirements into implementations.
• Contribute to building digital solutions in our ERP-centric application landscape.
• Collaborate with product manager/owner and technical staff to define requirements and explore solution options.

Join us as an Intern in our Enterprise IT team and you will work on exciting projects as an IT Business Analyst. As a member of our international and multidisciplinary team, you will gain experience in global IT project and solution management, improve your practical expertise, and solve real-life challenges in an international enterprise.

What You'll do

As an IT Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business counterparts and Global IT. You will be providing professional advice on incidents and are responsible for transferring business requirements into implementations for solutions. You will contribute to build digital solutions in our application landscape, which combines mobile applications, cloud-based solutions and a backend based on our ERP solutions.

This role allows you to own a specific topic of our unique solution stacks, its professional operation, and the transfer of customer needs into new product features. You will transfer new business requirements into value adding and sustainable solutions. You will get to collaborate with the product manager and product owner to define requirements as well as partner with technical staff to develop convincing solution alternatives.

You will be working with:

• Developers and IT Architects
