Job summary

DayOne Data Centers is seeking an enthusiastic HR Communications & Content professional to support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. You will help craft engaging stories, materials and campaigns that reflect our culture and workplace priorities.

Collaborate with regional HR teams to plan, execute and track programmes across multiple markets, while helping maintain our People Magazine features and external postings.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to coordinate multiple activities.
• Interest in HR, employee engagement, culture and experience.
• Creative and comfortable contributing ideas for campaigns and activities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite; Canva, CapCut or basic design/video editing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and activities.
• Support initiatives related to employee experience, culture and engagement.
• Help track programme participation and engagement.
• Assist with content planning for internal HR communication channels.
• Develop employee stories and features that highlight our people, culture and workplace initiatives in our People Magazine.
• Support HR-related content for internal and external channels, including LinkedIn postings.
• Support the coordination of HR events, talks, workshops and engagement activities.
• Assist with speaker, partner and vendor research and coordination.
• Support event logistics, communications and post-event follow-ups.
• Work with HR stakeholders across teams and regions to coordinate initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports and communication materials.
• Provide project and administrative support for ongoing HR initiatives.

Employee Engagement & HR Programmes

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and activities
• Support initiatives related to employee experience, culture and engagement

• Support the drafting of HR communications, including employee announcements, articles, newsletters and campaign materials
• Assist with content planning for internal HR communication channels
• Develop employee stories and features that highlight our people, culture and workplace initiatives in our People Magazine
• Support HR-related content for internal and external channels, including LinkedIn postings

Events & Coordination

• Support the coordination of HR events, employee talks, workshops and engagement activities
• Assist with speaker, partner and vendor research and coordination
• Support event logistics, communications and post-event follow-ups

General HR Support

• Work with HR stakeholders across different teams and regions to coordinate initiatives
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports and communication materials
• Provide project and administrative support for ongoing HR initiatives where required

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
