Job summary

Your Mission

Human Resources (HR):

• Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Support recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents (letters, reports, etc.)
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
