Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a Sustainability Compliance Auditor to strengthen our internal audit program across RSPO, MSPO, ISCC, ISO certifications and supply chain standards in Malaysia. You will support certification maintenance, training, and stakeholder coordination.

The role emphasizes planning audits, monitoring certification validity, and partnering with operating units to achieve targets while upholding the company's commitment to sustainable palm oil leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal audits against sustainability standards (RSPO/MSPO/ISCC).
• Ability to train and consult operating units on compliance.
• Familiarity with certification schemes and due-date monitoring.

Responsibilities

• To conduct internal audits (RSPO/MSPO/ISCC/Food Safety/Supply chain etc.).
• To provide consultation and trainings to operating units for compliance to achieve targets and key results area under the Sustainability Unit.
• The carry out assessments which are relevant to the sustainability certification schemes such as the Social and Environmental Impact Assessments.
• To plan, schedule timely internally audits, monitoring of certification validity and due dates to ensure continuity of certification.
• To liaise with external auditors and relevant authorities.
• To provide training to operating units on systems and relevant standards.
• To achieve target as budgeted.
• To coordinate training and competency enhancement programme together with the SOUs at the region.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management or superiors from time to time.

Job Description

To perform internal audits, relevant assessments such as Social and Environmental Impact assessments, audit planning and scheduling, monitoring of certification validity and trading license, coordination and implementation functions to support Sustainability Compliance in areas of sustainability certifications such as Roundtable Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO), ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC), including Supply Chain Certification Standards as well as other relevant standards and schemes applicable to the business.

Operation
