Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia invites a motivated design student for a 6+ month internship to design digital campaign assets and visual identity. You will work on concepting, UI components, and branding aligned with our guidelines.

You will develop design systems, wireframes, and assets for web and mobile, collaborating with Marketing and IT, and ensuring accessibility WCAG compliance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Creative Multimedia, Animation, Interactive Media, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar creative software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and layout design.
• Familiarity with digital design workflows, responsive design principles, and asset optimization for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the conceptualization and design of digital campaign assets, including character concepts, illustrations, user interface components, promotional materials, and branded content.
• Develop visual design systems, style guides, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity digital experiences that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create and optimize digital assets in various formats (SVG, WebP, PNG, etc.) for web, mobile, and marketing platforms while maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of visual assets into digital applications, websites, and campaigns.
• Conduct design reviews, accessibility checks, and user experience assessments to improve visual clarity, usability, responsiveness, and WCAG compliance.
• Support campaign launches by monitoring visual performance, implementing design improvements, maintaining creative documentation, and contributing to post-campaign reporting.
