The role offers hands-on experience in the welding department, exposure to manufacturing operations, and involvement in daily tasks, projects, and process improvements. Responsibilities

• Hands-on practical experience in welding department and shop floor tasks.
• Exposure to real manufacturing operations and daily tasks.
• Involvement in projects and process improvement activities.
• Work with experienced supervisors and engineers to learn and apply safety and discipline standards.
