Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering a logistics internship to give you a behind-the-scenes look at global shipping, from documents to live tracking of cargo across borders.

You will engage in real responsibilities beyond admin work, gaining hands-on experience in freight forwarding and import/export processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Students in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication skills
• Able to handle a fast-moving environment
• Bonus: know basic shipping terms (Incoterms, BL, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Help prepare real shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading)
• Track shipments and keep customers updated (global movement live)
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams
• Support import & export operations
• Assist with customs documentation and clearance processes
• Handle day-to-day operational and admin tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help prepare real shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading)
