• Maintain relationships with candidates post-placement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
• Develop talent pipelines and networking.
• Learn business development by identifying opportunities through market development and client prospecting.
• Assist clients in end-to-end cooperation processes.
• Understand client requirements, provide consultations and solutions.
