Job summary

2 Cool Productions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Booking Manager to oversee the bookings and rentals operations for projects and events in Selangor. You will manage the booking team and implement processes to improve efficiency, while coordinating with clients during and after events to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Event Management or Mass Communications, or equivalent, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess or be pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's in Event Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Willing to work long hours if necessary.
• Own transport and willing to travel if required.

Job Description

• Responsible for all functions and duties related to the management and operation of the bookings & rentals department of the projects /events.
• Manage the booking team including implementation and maintenance of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, scheduling according to the event needs.
• To liase with the clients such as follow up with clients during and after events, visit clients

during events to welcome and ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

• To carry out such other duties as may be assigned to you.

Job Requirements:
