Job summary

GYD Trading invites candidates in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to join a trainee electrical role. You will assist with wiring installations, read electrical schematics, and support senior electricians while learning industry standards and safety practices.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, possess basic electrical knowledge, good manual dexterity, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics

Responsibilities

• Assist senior electricians with wiring installations and maintenance tasks
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams

• Ensure all wiring work complies with safety regulations and codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Learn and apply new wiring techniques and technologies
