Job summary

IOI Palm Wood in Malaysia is seeking an electrical technician to install, maintain and repair electrical systems and components. You will work on wiring, fuses, lights and ensure compliance with codes and blueprints in a facility setting.

The role requires careful inspection of transformers and circuit breakers, proactive maintenance, and keeping an adequate inventory of parts. Experience in electrical engineering is preferred (2 years).

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering experience preferred (2 years).

• Installing, maintaining, enhancing and repairing electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring.
• Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.
• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.
