Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites ambitious electrical engineering graduates to join our field team for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems. You will read drawings, operate testing tools and assist with site works across Shah Alam.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; PW2/PW4 certification is an added advantage. Willingness to travel, work overtime and adhere to safety standards is essential. Training provided and five-day work week available.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Familiar with electrical testing tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment installation.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to site and work overtime when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess relevant electrical certification (PW2/PW4) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Conduct troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
• Install, test, and inspect electrical wiring, components, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Perform electrical testing using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Assist in site installation works and M&E projects.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update work progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams for project requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor/management.
