Job summary

Valtech Enterprise in Bukit Mertajam, Penang is seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to lead a team of technicians, perform electronic repair and maintenance, and support on-site service work. This role requires basic knowledge of electronics, ability to use hand tools, and good problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel and strong reliability are essential. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring timely responses to client issues and contributing to product

Qualifications

Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring and electrical systems.
Experience in electronic repair, troubleshooting or maintenance is an advantage.
Able to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
Willing to travel for site visits and service work.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians to meet the company’s technical requirements.
Ensure client issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure all new product evaluations are carried out effectively, on schedule, and are suitable for the market.
Maintain strong technical proficiency in all Valtech products.
Continuously seek improvements in internal processes and on-site technical operations.
