Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled technician in Penang to install, service and repair ceiling fans, water heaters, and related products. The role requires a solid understanding of electrical systems and owning a vehicle for site visits.
Prior related experience is advantageous and training will be provided as needed. Candidate should demonstrate good customer handling, teamwork with sales and other departments, and a commitment to KPI-driven service quality.

- Good understanding of electrical system.
- Must have own vehicle.

Responsibilities
- To install, service and repair Ceiling Fan and Instant Water Heater and others related products.
- Recommends appropriate repair works to customer to meet individual & company’s KPI.
- Any other tasks, when requires by the immediate supervisor.
- Work responsibility with good behavior and good customer handling skill towards customer’s satisfication.
- Work closely with sales team & inter-department to ensure smooth operation.
