• Support data analysis for portfolio, financial (CAPEX/OPEX), and product performance tracking
• Assist in development of dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to monitor:
  • Portfolio health
  • Product KPIs (adoption, utilisation, value delivered)
• Identify and automate manual processes (reporting, data consolidation, workflow tracking)
• Support value creation and value realisation tracking (ROI, benefits, cost optimisation initiatives)
• Assist in product management activities, including:
  • Tracking product performance and lifecycle
  • Monitoring adoption and usage metrics
  • Supporting reporting for P4R / BITCOM / portfolio reviews
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth
• Explore and prototype AI / analytics use cases to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Undergraduate in Data Science / Analytics / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with Excel, Power BI, or basic programming (Python is an advantage)
