Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is seeking a customer-focused data analytics professional in Cyberjaya to join our hybrid work team. You will support data-driven insights for clients, translating business needs into analytic solutions and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a related field.
• Tertiary qualification in Business/Mathematics/Science/Engineering/IT.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly proficient in SQL.
• Basic skills in SAS, Python and/or R languages.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilment of marketing and data lists within Service Level Agreement or as negotiated depending on the complexity of the work requested.
• Scope customer requirements and work with and provide advice to the internal RMS and S&MS sales function to ensure best possible customer solution.
• Act as a pivot point between sales and IT where more complex automated delivery solutions are required.
• Manage and prioritise work on a daily basis to manage customers' expectations and the efficiency of the workflow.
• Create, maintain and perform analytics and statistical reports using your technical skills (SQL, SAS, R and/or Python).

Join our exciting team as you step into the world of data where you can learn and expand your skills while directly witnessing how your work creates real value from providing insights to clients to helping sales win and maintain clients.

• Fulfilment of S&MS Marketing and data lists within Service Level Agreement or as negotiated depending on the complexity of the work requested.
• Scope customer requirements and work with and provide advice to the internal RMS and S&MS sales function to ensure best possible customer solution.
• You will act as a pivot point between sales and I.T. where more complex automated delivery solutions are required.
• You will need to manage and priorities work on a daily basis in order to manage customers' expectations and the efficiency of the subject to demands of workflow.
• Create, maintain and perform analytics and statistical reports required to assist all internal teams including Marketing, Trade, RMS and S&MS using your technical skills (SQL, SAS, R and/or Python)

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• Tertiary qualification, i.e. Business / Mathematics / Science / Engineering / IT tertiary degree.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly Proficient in SQL
• Basic skills in SAS, Python and/or R Languages
