Job summary

YAP GOH & ASSOCIATES is offering an internship for Audit, Accounts and Tax, based at the Pandan Indah office in Kuala Lumpur. The role provides hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to a range of accounting and audit projects.

About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious intern to join our team at YAP GOH & ASSOCIATES as an Intern for Audit, Accounts, and Tax (PERMANENT STAFF is ALSO AVAILABLE). This is a contract role based in our PANDAN INDAH, KUALA LUMPUR office, offering valuable experience in the accounting and audit field.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Participating in the audit process, including gathering and analysing financial data

Conducting research and preparing presentations on accounting and audit-related topics

Providing administrative support to the accounting and audit teams as needed

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn
