Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a field service support engineer to assist with routine service operations, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of chiller and air conditioning systems at sites including KL, Genting Highlands, Johor Bharu, and Kota Kinabalu. Applicants should read technical manuals, interpret schematics, and work both independently and in teams.

Fluent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, along with knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, and HVAC

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, and chiller and air Conditioning systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Possess problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Engineer in service operation routine works such as troubleshoot and diagnose problems with chiller/ air conditioning systems and recommend to customer necessary repairs.
• To perform installation, maintenance and repair work on chiller and air conditioning systems including electrical wiring, and controls.
• To perform regular maintenance on chiller and air conditioning systems to ensure they work in optimum condition.
• Follow and practice safety procedures and guidelines during work at site and feedback any unsafe work or unsafe act condition.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies in HVAC field and market.
