Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a finance internship student to support processing vendor invoices, inter-company billing, and month-end close activities.

You will liaise with vendors, assist with reports, and develop Excel skills while gaining exposure to finance operations. Minimum 6 months required; bachelor's students in accounting/finance preferred.

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on a timely basis to support scheduled payment runs.
• Liaise with vendors and business users to clarify or resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with monitoring vendor payment timelines and outstanding invoice matters.
• Prepare inter-company billing and supporting month-end closing entries.
• Prepare customer invoices in accordance with approved billing instructions.
• Process and post buyer‑created tax invoices in the finance system.
• Maintain proper supporting documents, schedules and finance records.
• Support ad-hoc finance activities and projects as assigned.
