Responsibilities

• Support Finance team in providing daily operational and reporting tasks.
• Assist in daily operational tasks such as invoice and bill processing, data update and uploading and pursuing collection.
• Assist in monthly closing tasks such as recording financial transactions and accounts reconciliations.
• Support compliance tasks, such as helping with audits, tax compliance submission and financial reviews.
• Support senior finance personnel in special projects and initiatives such as E-Invoicing Implementation and Finance Improvement Initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field degree.
• Final year students who are required to complete a 6-month or longer industry training are welcome to apply.
