This internship offers exposure to global finance operations and process improvements. You are currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance at a Malaysian university and possess strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite skills.

• Ensure system and procedure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate globally across Roche to improve financial operations.

As a Finance & Accounting Intern (Supply Chain) based in Sunway Pinnacle , you will support manufacturing and commercial sites by ensuring financial compliance, executing month-end close activities, and delivering standard cost and inventory-related activities. You will play a vital role in our finance operations, collaborating globally to continuously improve processes, systems, and standards across the network.

The Opportunity

• Execute month-end close activities, including the preparation of Manual Journal Entries as requested by the global team.

• Manage standard costing execution, ensuring the timely delivery of results while maintaining strict data quality.

• Investigate relevant accounts (such as inventory, variances, and allowances) and recommend actionable solutions to management.

• Ensure system and procedure compliance with company policies, acceptable accounting practices, and applicable financial regulations.

• Collaborate globally across the Roche network to improve financial operations and standardize processes

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline at a Malaysian university or professional body (e.g., ACCA, CPA).

• You possess a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles and are eager to apply them practically.

• You have strong proficiency in computerized applications, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite (experience with financial databases is a distinct advantage).

• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders.

• Pinnacle Management InsightsYou are available for a full-time internship and are comfortable working in an agile, structured corporate environment.
